I was considering opening an agency in Arizona and wanted help determing if Arizona was my best choice. The staff of the Association was extremely knowledgable and knew exactly what was happening within the industry. They helped me learn that the seller of an agency I was considering buying was giving me incorrect information. The Director of the association took time to walk me through where I could verify the accuracy of the information I needed. They were able to help me with the licensing process when the State Department would not take time to help me. I have been members of other nonprofit associations but none as helpful as these people. This group is very professional and when I start the agency, I will become a member.
