I am big on Customer service from the owner, to the manager, to the person doing all the work. I have found them not to enjoy my repeat business. I have will not be calling them anytime soon. I order from them 4 times a year. Now, their competitor will enjoy the profits from my 4 orders a year. Customer Service must improve. They think you as a customer should argue with them. My experience, I will share with my other non-profit friends. Google other other options is what I recommend.
