Not a good company at all. Customer service is horrible, and I still have no book. Been almost 6-months. Only answer I get back is it needs to get approved by owner, really, guess don't make any changes to proof, they will drop your book in garbage. I need a refund since I have no book. PLUS binding was horrible. I seen better books from Walgreens photo lab...seriously...

At the beginning of this year (2015) I wrote a review expressing my displeasure with the self-publishing experience at Mindstir Media. As we approach the end of this year, I am happy to report that the wrongs I reported are in the process of being righted. Who can say what the future holds? But I can say that I am inclined to believe that the folks at Mindstir Media sincerely want to do the right thing. Any person, agency, church, or company can drop the ball, and occasionally will do so. The effort to make things better though is what counts, and I am grateful that Mindstir Media seems poised to do just that.

JJ. The owner of this company reached out to me and we resolved many of the issues. overall the book now looks great, selling very well, and customer service has been improved. This is a company who will publish your book pain free of good quality.

As a new children's book author, I found it extremely easy to work with MindStir Media. They make an extremely intimidating process much more comfortable. It's a one-stop shop for all your authoring needs.

As a first-time author, I was both nervous and excited when submitting my work. I was contacted immediately, by the founder no less, and given assurances of personal service, mentoring, and a published work by Christmas 2014. The work was submitted to Mindstir 9-1-2014, and as of 1-7-2015, the work still has not been completed. I have had no answers to my many questions about the process; in fact, the only answer I've consistently been given is "your work is pending". It is disappointing that I don't have my complete work, and that nobody is willing or able to talk to me in depth. It is even worse that I was naïve enough to believe that there was something different about this company. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me!
