i would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company if youre buying a house or having work by them their houses are absolutely shit.the houses they supply are to nhbc but must be overlooked as i am having nothing but hassle floors out of level damp and blocking drains constantly, widows that dont last appauling DO NOT BUY A WATKIN HOMe!!!!!
they will charge you ground rent after wards and maintanence which is a con please be aware they open little subsidary companies which make poele think theyre not associated such as ground rent, or hlm keep clear of this money grabbing cowboy outfit stigma really sticks they dont buy vans they ride horses
